Shipping and Payment

For our North American customers we offer free ground shipping with any purchase over $1000.

For smaller purchases the cost of shipping will be added to the final bill. Details below.

Payment

Technorex Corporation accepts Visa, Master Card, wire transfers, certified cheques and money orders. Company cheques are also accepted however items will not be shipped until cheques have been cleared -- usually 5 business days.

The purchase price, including all applicable shipping and insurance charges, taxes and any other charges that may apply must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Net terms are available on a case by case basis based on customer’s credit worthiness, sales and payment history with Technorex Corporation and is not longer than 30 days. Late invoices are subject to 1.8 % per month late payment penalty. Customer is responsible for any legal fees arising from Technorex collection efforts for past due invoices.

Where applicable Technorex Corporation charges GST/HST and PST for items shipped to destinations within Canada.

 

Shipment

   FedEx       UPS       Purolator       TNT

Any purchase from Technorex Corporation that exceeds the amount of $1000 is subject to free delivery within North America using FedEx Ground.

Purchases made by credit card are shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder.

Purchases less than $1000 or purchases with destination outside Grater Toronto Area are shipped via FedEx unless preferred otherwise by customer.

Customer will be contacted by Technorex to determine the preferred method of shipping and delivery time. Collect shipping is available on request.

Charges for insurance and express shipping will be added to the total bill of purchase.

Technorex will notify the customer by e-mail when the product has been shipped and provide tracking number if such exists.

Technorex Corporation makes any reasonable effort to ship within 72 hours after customer PO has been received. Technorex Corporation strives to keep the customer informed of any delays it has been made aware of however it is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any damages occurred as a result of such delays. Technorex Corporation does not guarantee delivery on a certain date or/and time.

Technorex Corporation uses foam, bubble wrap and sturdy boxes for packaging. Each package includes a detailed packaging slip. Customer is responsible for content examination and verification against the packaging slip.

In the event of a package damaged on arrival, it is the customer responsibility to notify the shipping carrier and refuse it back. In the event that a damaged package has been accepted, it is customer’s responsibility to make sure the damage has been recorded on the carrier delivery bill and to immediately notify the seller. Technorex Corporation will work with the customer on any insurance claims resulting from equipment damaged on arrival.

All returned or refused shipments are subject to 15 % restocking fee.
