By executing a purchase from Technorex Corporation the Customer agrees
to be bound by this Sale agreement and accepts its terms and conditions.

site are subject to change without notice.
Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES NOR IN ANY EVENT, SHALL TECHNOREX CORPORATION (THE SELLER)
BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL,
SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES,
OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. TECHNOREX
CORPORATION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR
LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, TECHNOREX CORPORATION IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE(S) UNDER THIS
SALE AGREEMENT.
Software Licensing
Used and Refurbished Equipment: No software licenses or license transfers are included with any used equipment unless
explicitly specified on the quote issued by Technorex Corporation.
New Equipment: All new equipment includes a software license as specified and determined by the respective equipment manufacturer.
Pricing
Technorex reserves the right to change the prices of products, services and
other offerings displayed on the company’s web site without prior notice.
Price changes can be due to a variety of factors including but not limited
to market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price adjustment, errors in
advertisements etc.
Prices noted on Technorex Corporation web site do not include applicable
taxes unless explicitly specified.
Prices for products on back order and items not in stock are subject to
change. Technorex Corporation will notify the customer for the change in price if such
occurs so that the order verification can be completed.
Any quotes from Technorex Corporation are valid for a period of 7 days
unless noted otherwise on the quote.
Any quoted equipment is subject to a prior sale.
Terms of sale displayed on the quote supplied by Technorex Corporation
take precedence over any modifications made on the customer’s purchase order unless
explicitly accepted by Technorex Corporation.
Technorex Corporation is not liable for any costs or damages or additional
expenses due to omissions and/or errors on the customer’s purchase order including but not
limited to equipment and part specifications, company address and contact information,
shipping and insurance requirements
Warranty
All new equipment sold by Technorex carries the original warranty provided by the respective manufacturer.
Refurbished Cisco equipment sold to end-user customers with existing service contracts or service contracts initiated with the purchase of such equipment will carry lifetime warranty until the service contracts are terminated - either by Technorex or the customer.
Refurbished Cisco equipment sold to end-user customers without service contracts carries 1-year warranty.
Refurbished Cisco equipment sold to resellers carries 90-day warranty.
The warranty period commences on the day the order has been received by the customer. Technorex assumes no responsibility for cases where the customer has delayed the deployment or/and testing of the equipment regardless of the cause.
For end-user customers without service contracts and resellers additional warranty can be purchased for a nominal fee.

Warranty is VOIDED is the product has been physically opened or the warranty seals broken or tampered with.
Warranty on refurbished equipment covers hardware only. Technorex Corporation assumes no liability for damages to the equipment or costs incurred by the customer as a result of misuse, negligence, improper handling, modifications, software/hardware incompatibility and hardware setup changes.
No software licenses or license transfers are included with any used equipment unless explicitly specified on the quote issued by Technorex Corporation.
Refurbished non-Cisco equipment carries 30-day warranty for Resellers, 90-day for end-user clients and 1-year for end-user clients with service contracts.
Additional warranty can be purchased for a nominal fee.

Returns
All product returns must be authorized by Technorex Corporation.
Before returning any product customer must obtain RMA by calling (416-907-0797 ext. 113),
faxing (416-264-6947) or e-mailing (returns@technorex.com).
Products will NOT be accepted unless they are accompanied by an RMA issued by Technorex Corporation.
When requesting an authorization for a product return customer needs to provide customer name,
invoice number, product serial number and problem description if applicable.
All returned products must be in their original packaging and contain all items listed on the original packaging slip
in the condition they were received with the RMA number clearly written on the packing slip and shipping label.
Returns of working products
Returns of working, non-defective products are reviewed by Technorex Corp (The Company) on a case-by-case basis and require that
the customer initiates a return request within 25 calendar days from the date of the original purchase.
If a return is approved, a restocking fee of 20 % of the original purchase price will be retained and
The Company will issue a refund for the remainder of the amount.
Return requests for working products issued more than 25 business days after the purchase date will not be considered.
The product must be returned in a working condition as it was received, with all original accessories and documentation, and packaged
according to The Company instructions. If a return request is approved, The Company will pay for the shipment of the product.
Customers are advised to read the "What to do when returning a working product?" for details on the exact steps to be followed.
What to do when returning a working product?
- First, initiate a request for the return by calling Technorex or e-mailing returns@technorex.com
- If the request is approved, you will received an RMA number and specific instructions for returning the product
- You must then package the product according to the instructions and ship it back so that it is received within 25 calendar days from
the date of the original purchase
- Upon receipt of the product, provided all conditions are met, The Company will issue a refund less 20 % restocking fee
Returns of Defective products
Technorex will replace a defective product or issue a refund when replacement is not
possible provided the customer follows the instructions provided along with the RMA number and the
product is returned with all accessories and documentation as originally received.
What to do when returning a faulty product?
- First, call Technorex Support line to speak with a technical representative and determine the issue
- Provided the product is deemed to be defective and it is within a valid warranty period
you will be issued an RMA number and detailed instructions on how to return the product and
The Company will pay for the shipment of the product
- The Company will make a best effort to ship a replacement product within 24 hours - subject to product availability
- You must follow the instructions received and ship the defective product back so that it is received by
The Company within 14 calendar days from the date the RMA was issued. Failure to ship the product within
that timeframe will result in the customer being charged the full purchase price for both the faulty and the replacement product.
- In the rare event when the faulty product cannot be replaced The Company will issue a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price
